Signing up for school at Medina Academy
Enrollment for the 2023-2024 academic year for current students is from February 6th to February 24th, 2023. Families need to re-enroll their students each school year by submitting fees, re-enrollment forms and other relevant documents.
Enrollment fees
New students need to pay $50 Application fee (per student). All students are required to pay Registration and Facilities fees.
Registration fee - $750 per student
Facilities fee - $750 per family

Age Requirements for Registration
Preschool & Pre-K Registration
The Preschool program is designed for children ages three (3) to five (5) years old. Children must be 3 years and potty-trained to enroll. A 3-year-old student may be admitted any time during the school year once he or she turns 3, if there are available spots. In order to reserve a seat for a student, in such a case, parents will be required to pay tuition on all months prior to his or her start of the preschool.
Kindergarten Registration
To be eligible to attend Kindergarten, the child's fifth (5th) birthday must fall on or before August 31.
Kindergarten applicants NOT meeting the age requirement will not be admitted to kindergarten. For kindergarten applicants not meeting the age requirement, assessments will not be given nor accepted from a third party.
First through Eighth Grade Registration
Underage children who have completed the previous grade at Medina Academy will be admitted into the next grade. Underage children who have previously been enrolled in another school system for a period of not less than four consecutive months may request transfer into a similar placement at Medina Academy. Otherwise, children will be enrolled in the grade appropriate to their age, based on the following and to be admitted to the specified grade, the child must reach the specified age by August 31:
Requirements for 1st grade through Middle School Students
All students entering 1st grade through middle school must take a placement test, have an interview with the principal and/or Medina Academy staff, and provide documentation of the previous and current report cards and standardized tests. Medina Academy administration reserves the right to test any new or returning students.

Due to limited capacity, we cannot accept all students who wish to register. We give admission priority as stated above. To add your child to our waiting list, please write to [email protected] or [email protected] and waitlist instructions and link will be emailed to you. It is free to add your child's name to our list.
Step 2. Tour of school
If you would like to visit the campus or meet staff, please schedule an appointment by emailing [email protected] or [email protected].
Step 3. Complete & Submit All Enrollment Materials by the Enrollment Deadline.
Step 4. Space Availability
If space is available, wait-listed applicants will be contacted in March and April.

- 1st - Existing Medina Academy students and children of staff
- 2nd - Siblings of existing Medina Academy Students
- 3rd - Returning Medina Academy Students
- 4th - All other students on the waiting list. Wait-list students will be accepted in the order they completed the online wait. Interest to be wait-listed must be renewed each year. Priority of wait-list students is only until March 31st. We will contact parents by email and/or phone, according to contact information that was given to the school. Parents will have a maximum of 2 days to respond from date of offer. If no contact, return call, or email is made to the school within this time, the wait-list student may lose his or her priority.
- 5th - If any spots are available after March 31st, applications will be accepted, and spaces filled on a first-come first-serve basis.
